Simplified Public Tender Offer by Paprec Group
Paprec Group has announced a simplified public tender offer (OPA) for the shares of Groupe Pizzorno Environnement. The proposed price is €62.50 per share. This offer, managed by Natixis, will last 10 trading days. The offer period will be determined by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
The necessary documents, including an information note and a document on legal, financial and accounting information, were validated by the AMF on October 26, 2026. Visa No. 26-375 attests to the conformity and consistency of the file, without penalizing its appropriateness or the accounting figures.
The offer is limited to the French market; international shareholders are subject to local laws. The documents are available free of charge on the websites of the AMF, Groupe Pizzorno, and Paprec Group.
