Renewal of the contract between PIZZORNO and Dracénie Provence Verdon Agglomeration

PIZZORNO Environnement has once again been selected to handle waste collection for the Dracénie Provence Verdon Agglomération (DPVA) for a six-year period starting January 1, 2026, with an expected turnover of €54 million. This contract includes an ecological dimension, notably to reduce waste volumes and improve the quality of flows.

The strategy relies on the use of on-board cameras powered by artificial intelligence, the installation of sensors at Voluntary Drop-Off Points, and a low-carbon energy mix. In addition, an innovative Click & Collect service will facilitate waste collection in city centers with just a few clicks.

Additionally, a progress plan is planned to raise awareness and support residents in improving their recycling practices through campaigns and dedicated eco-facilitators. This reinforces PIZZORNO's commitment to supporting the region's ecological transition.
