Petra Preining Named New CFO of PIERER Mobility AG and KTM AG

PIERER Mobility AG has announced the appointment of Petra Preining as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for both PIERER Mobility AG and KTM AG, effective from September 16, 2025. Her term is set to conclude on December 31, 2028. This decision follows the Supervisory Board's move to enhance the Executive Board's capacity with this critical position.

Preining brings a wealth of financial expertise, having served as CFO at AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG since 2022, and previously at Semperit AG Holding. Her extensive international experience spans various industries, with significant roles at Deloitte Tax Wirtschaftsprüfungs GmbH, Kraft Foods, and Unilever.

Gottfried Neumeister, CEO of PIERER Mobility AG, expressed confidence in Preining's ability to guide the company toward sustainable growth, following a challenging restructuring at KTM AG.
