Bajaj Mobility AG Reports Preliminary 2025 Financial Results

Bajaj Mobility AG, formerly PIERER Mobility AG, revealed its preliminary unaudited financial figures for 2025. The company reported a substantial decrease in revenue, totaling EUR 1,009 million, a 46% drop from the previous year. This decline was primarily due to a restructuring phase during the first half of 2025.

Despite the revenue fall, Bajaj Mobility AG noted significant improvements in its earnings. The restructuring phase contributed to a gain of EUR 1,193 million. The company reported an EBITDA of EUR 874 million and an EBIT of EUR 748 million, while its equity increased to EUR 385 million, improving the equity ratio to 24.3%.

Bajaj Mobility AG also reduced its net debt to EUR 798 million. In 2026, the company plans to focus on cost reduction and enhancing its motorcycle business, aiming for a notable rise in revenue and sales.
