Photon Energy NV Delays Annual Report 2025 Release

Photon Energy N.V. has announced a delay in the publication of its Annual Report for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. Originally scheduled for April 30, 2026, the new release date is July 31, 2026. This postponement is due to complex developments affecting the year-end closing and audit process. The company is collaborating with external auditors to finalize the audit.

Under Dutch law, financial statements must be published within four months after the fiscal year ends. Photon Energy has notified the Dutch financial regulator AFM about the delay and is working to mitigate consequences. The company is undergoing internal restructuring, requiring an extensive accounting assessment for audit completion.

Previously, Photon Energy released preliminary unaudited financial data for Q4 and the full year of 2025 and aims to update stakeholders without delay in case of significant changes due to ongoing processes.
