Photon Energy Group Announces Leadership Changes

Photon Energy N.V. has appointed Andrej Horansky as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 1, 2026. Horansky returns to the role after a previous tenure as Group CFO in early 2023. His background includes over two decades of experience in financial management and business transformation across various industries, including financial services and renewable energy.

Before rejoining Photon Energy, Horansky founded FINAIDED, an advisory platform providing CFO services. His extensive experience is expected to benefit the company's strategic and financial initiatives.

Meanwhile, Stanislav Zeman, the former CFO, has transitioned to Chief Operating Officer. Zeman will focus on optimizing operational processes and improving efficiency within the group. This leadership transition aims to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities to Horansky.
