PFISTERER Secures Major Contracts in Oman Power Projects

PFISTERER Holding SE, based in Winterbach, Germany, has been awarded significant contracts to expand high-voltage transmission infrastructure in Oman. The company will contribute to the Misfah IPP and Majan Grid Station projects by supplying and installing systems for 400 kV, 220 kV, and 132 kV voltage levels. The total contract value for PFISTERER is in the high single-digit million-euro range.

The projects involve constructing new substations and transmission connections, with a total investment estimated at USD 214 million. These developments are poised to enhance Oman’s power network. Deliveries and installation work are expected to commence in early 2027.
