Peugeot Invest: Update on Shares and Voting Rights

Peugeot Invest has released figures relating to the number of shares and voting rights in accordance with legal requirements. As of August 31, 2026, the company reports a total of 24,922,589 shares, the same as reported on September 30, 2026. The number of gross voting rights increased slightly, from 45,068,984 to 45,069,997 during this period.

As for net voting rights, they also increased, reaching 44,965,990 compared to 44,965,871 previously. Peugeot Invest highlights the presence of a clause in its bylaws requiring the declaration of any crossing of thresholds exceeding 2% of the share capital or voting rights, with each 1% threshold crossing requiring notification.
