Peugeot Invest: Status of Shares and Voting Rights

Peugeot Invest has published its declaration regarding the number of shares and voting rights in compliance with French regulations. As of July 31, 2025, the company lists a total of 24,922,589 shares. The gross number of voting rights amounts to 45,012,151, while the net number, after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights, is 44,905,022.

The company requires shareholders to report any threshold exceeded, starting from 2% of the capital or voting rights, as well as any crossing of a threshold of 1% or multiple, whether upwards or downwards. This ensures greater transparency in capital movements.
