Peugeot Invest Divests Private Equity Portfolio for €227 Million

Peugeot Invest has announced the sale of interests in 35 private equity funds as part of a strategic rebalancing of its portfolio. Managed by 22 General Partners, these funds have been sold to Committed Advisors for a total of €227 million, comprising €94 million in euro-denominated and $149 million in USD-denominated funds.
This transaction includes €68 million in unfunded commitments, with payments received over 18 months. The deal coincides with Peugeot Invest's focus on priority sectors and geographies, boosting US exposure to 55% and Europe to 30% in their portfolio.
CEO Jean-Charles Douin stated that this move realigns their strategy and secures resources for new investment opportunities, continuing their trajectory of strong portfolio performance.
