Peugeot Invest: Declaration of the Number of Shares and Voting Rights

Peugeot Invest has published its report detailing the number of shares and voting rights in accordance with the French Commercial Code and the AMF's General Regulations. As of December 31, 2025, the company reported a total of 24,922,589 shares, the same figure as on November 30, 2025.

In terms of voting rights, the total gross number stood at 45,021,169 as of December 31, 2025, a slight increase compared to the 45,008,923 recorded the previous month. The net total of voting rights followed the same trend, reaching 44,912,994 compared to 44,900,680 in November.

The statutes of Peugeot Invest require a declaration in the event of crossing specific thresholds, in particular when the variation exceeds 2% of the capital or voting rights.
