Pernod Ricard launches a bond buyback offer and plans a new issue
Pernod Ricard announced on October 20, 2026, the launch of a tender offer targeting seven bond issues. These bonds mature between September 2027 and November 2032. Two of them are linked to sustainable development. In parallel, the company plans to issue new perpetual subordinated bonds.
The takeover bid is subject to certain conditions, including the prior issuance of new bonds. The objective of this operation is to optimize the company's capital structure and maturity profile.
The offer will run until October 27, 2026 and the results will be announced on October 28, 2026.
