Perisson Petroleum Corporation Secures Revocation Order
Perisson Petroleum Corporation, based in Calgary, Alberta, has successfully obtained a full revocation of a dual failure to file cease trade order. The order was originally issued by the Alberta Securities Commission and the Ontario Securities Commission on July 22, 2021. This action was due to the Company's failure to submit its annual and interim financial filings for 2020 and early 2021 respectively. The revocation was finalized on December 29, 2025.
The company plans to engage with the TSX Venture Exchange to discuss resuming trading of its common shares, although no guarantees have been given regarding the relisting. Furthermore, Brad Perry, the former Chief Financial Officer, resigned in early 2024, with CEO Gary Chen taking over as Interim CFO.
