Pentixapharm Advances Phase 3 PANDA Study, Announces Upcoming Webcast

Pentixapharm Holding AG has announced progress on its pivotal Phase 3 PANDA study. The US ethics committee has approved the study protocol and informed consent documents. The protocol, submitted in August 2026, faced no objections from the FDA regarding its primary endpoints and planned patient enrollment of approximately 325 individuals. Enrollment is expected to start in the first quarter of 2027.

More than ten study sites across the US, including leading academic medical centers, have been chosen. Clinical investigators have been identified, and agreements with participating sites are underway. The study evaluates [68Ga]Ga-PentixaFor PET/CT for non-invasive subtyping in adults with primary aldosteronism.

Pentixapharm will host a webcast on November 12, 2026, at 3 p.m. CET to discuss the third quarter results and progress on the PANDA study. Participants can register online, and a recording will be available afterward on the company’s website.
