Bafin Identifies Errors in Pentixapharm Holding AG's 2024 Financial Statements
The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bafin) has completed its review of the 2024 consolidated financial statements of Pentixapharm Holding AG. The review identified errors, primarily concerning the overstatement of intangible assets and the capital reserve. Specifically, intangible assets were overstated by EUR 34.7 million, with EUR 21.6 million linked to previous shareholder figures and EUR 13.1 million related to the PentixaFor project expenditures, which did not satisfy capitalization criteria according to Bafin.
Pentixapharm's Management Board asserts these findings do not impact the company’s operations or future outlook. They have decided not to contest Bafin's conclusions legally. As of now, the guidance for the fiscal year 2026 remains unchanged.
