Heritage & Commerce: Voting Rights and Shares as of September 30, 2025
On October 1, 2025, Patrimoine & Commerce provided regulatory information regarding the total number of voting rights and the number of shares comprising its share capital, pursuant to Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of September 30, 2025, the company held 15,972,458 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 27,595,777. However, only 27,495,085 voting rights were exercisable, the others being attached to shares deprived of voting rights.
