Heritage & Commerce: Update of voting rights and shares as of October 31, 2026

Patrimoine & Commerce, a company listed on Euronext Paris, has published updated information regarding its share capital. As of October 31, 2026, the company held 16,284,789 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 29,104,984, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 29,065,743. These figures comply with the provisions of Article L 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

Theoretical voting rights include the rights attached to all shares, even those that are deprived of them.
