Patrimoine & Commerce Specifies the Modalities for its General Meeting
Patrimoine & Commerce announced that its Combined General Meeting will be held on June 12, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the company's Paris headquarters. Shareholders are invited to participate and consult the preparatory documents available on the website www.patrimoine-commerce.com, under General Meetings. The participation and voting procedures are also detailed there.
The documents required by the French Commercial Code are available online and in the Universal Registration Document. Registered shareholders may request that these documents be sent electronically up to the fifth day prior to the meeting. Holders of bearer shares must provide a certificate to exercise this right.
