Patrimoine & Commerce shareholders are invited to the Combined General Meeting on June 12, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at the company's headquarters in Paris. The agenda and draft resolutions have been available in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires since May 5, 2025.
The preparatory documents are available on the company's website, under the heading "General Meetings". They are also accessible at the registered office in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
The documents required by the French Commercial Code may be requested by registered shareholders up to five days before the meeting. Holders of bearer shares must provide a certificate of registration.
