Patrimoine & Commerce announces a capital increase of 30 million euros

On December 18, 2025, Patrimoine & Commerce presented a plan for a €30 million capital increase. This financing aims to support the company's future development and acquisitions.

The Supervisory Board has already approved the project, which will be put to a shareholder vote in February 2026. The price per share, set at €24.4, represents a discount of 17% compared to the revalued net asset value.

The first increase of €20 million is earmarked for the Crédit Agricole Centre Est Regional Bank, via its subsidiary Prestimmo. Two further increases, totaling €10 million, are reserved for the SMABTP Group.

Eric Duval, manager, emphasizes the confidence of the new shareholders in the company's strategy, strengthening its growth capacity while maintaining a solid financial structure.
