PartnerFonds AG i.L. Reduces Stake in Blue Cap AG
PartnerFonds AG i.L. has announced the results of its recent share exchange offer involving Blue Cap AG shares. The offer allowed PartnerFonds shareholders to exchange their shares for Blue Cap shares held by PartnerFonds. As reported, a total of 806,336 shares, representing 66% of Blue Cap shares held by PartnerFonds, were exchanged.
This transaction will decrease PartnerFonds' holding from 27.1% to 9.2% of Blue Cap's share capital. Consequently, PartnerFonds will no longer be the largest single shareholder. The share exchange process will finalize once the shares are credited to the securities accounts of participating PartnerFonds shareholders by the end of 2025.
