Participation stratégique et projet de BioGNV pour Agripower
Agripower France a finalisé une prise de participation de 49% dans une société dédiée au développement d'une unité de méthanisation, comme annoncé le 2 décembre dernier. L'unité, capable d'injecter 122 Nm3/h de biométhane, traitera près de 10 900 tonnes d'intrants par an. Les travaux débuteront en janvier 2026, avec une mise en service au premier trimestre 2027.
En parallèle, Agripower a signé un protocole d'accord avec le CETUD de Dakar pour étudier la faisabilité d'une unité de méthanisation produisant du BioGNV à partir de déchets organiques. Ce projet pourrait alimenter jusqu'à 100 bus urbains. L'étude, financée par le FASEP, représente 0,4 M€ dont 0,33 M€ pour Agripower.
