Partial resumption of activities at Cerinnov Group

The Limoges Commercial Court has approved the partial takeover bids for Cerinnov Group SA and Cerinnov SAS. Specializing in robotics engineering and industrial equipment for the ceramics and glass sectors, the group has thus found a favorable outcome to its liquidation proceedings.

The accepted bids transfer the assets of Cerinnov Group SA to Franck Dufour, Xavier Pons, and SAS CAV. Specifically, this involves the Cristallerie de Saint Paul crystal factory for Cerinnov Group SA and the "tooling" business, along with two employees, for Cerinnov SAS. However, 19 redundancies are planned due to the failure to retain certain employees.
