Parrot secures NATO orders for its ANAFI UKR drones
Parrot has announced it has secured its first orders for ANAFI UKR micro-drones through the NATO Supply and Support Agency (NSPA). Deliveries began in the first quarter of 2026, with shipments progressing from 100 to 500 units, aiming to reach several thousand. These orders allow NATO countries to acquire capabilities more quickly through standardized contractual mechanisms.
Two clients are involved: the Finnish armed forces and another unspecified client. These drones, designed for defense and public safety missions, offer secure communication, rapid deployment, and autonomy in adverse environments. Parrot relies on embedded artificial intelligence and optical navigation to meet these demanding requirements.
