VANEA AG Outlines 2026 Financial Outlook with Separate Financial Statements
Munich-based VANEA AG announced its financial strategy for 2026, focusing on German GAAP separate financial statements due to a strategic realignment. The company will not prepare consolidated financial statements for this period, as changes in its operations render such reporting less meaningful. Instead, it plans to prioritize revenue and adjusted EBITDA as key metrics.
For 2026, VANEA projects revenue in the mid-six-figure euro range. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be less than EUR -1 million. The revenue will mainly come from intercompany charges, disconnected from new operational ventures. The guidance is not comparable to previous consolidated forecasts.
Additionally, VANEA will write down investments in two companies up for sale, resulting in a EUR 3.5 million non-cash charge to net income. This precautionary measure does not affect adjusted EBITDA, which excludes non-operating, one-time financial impacts.
