SCP Standard Capital Partners AG has announced a strategic pivot towards defence technology with the acquisition of Vanea Technologies GmbH and Nocturne Technologies GmbH. This move signifies a major transformation for SCP as it integrates into the burgeoning field of autonomous warfare solutions. Vanea Technologies focuses on developing such defence solutions, while Nocturne Technologies, known as Nocturne Defence, specializes in civil and military drone counter-systems.

The acquisitions, carried out through capital increases in kind, involve a mix of cash and share components. The financial details reveal a low six-figure range for Vanea and a high six-figure range for Nocturne. SCP plans to propose a name change to VANEA AG at the next extraordinary general meeting, anticipated by November 2026.
