Oxurion reçoit une notification de transparence de Market Wizards
Oxurion NV, société basée à Louvain et cotée sur Euronext Bruxelles, a annoncé avoir reçu une notification de transparence de Market Wizards BV le 8 octobre 2026, conformément à la législation belge en matière de transparence. Au 6 octobre 2026, Market Wizards BV détenait 5 880 852 actions sur un total de 176 449 176 actions en circulation d'Oxurion. Cette acquisition a porté sa participation au-delà du seuil de 3 %.
Cette notification fait suite à l'acquisition par Market Wizards BV de titres de vote supplémentaires. Selon cette notification, cette acquisition était indispensable pour franchir le seuil critique, marquant ainsi une augmentation significative de sa participation dans Oxurion.
