Oxurion reçoit des notifications de transparence d'Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC
Le 17 octobre 2025, Oxurion NV, société spécialisée dans les investissements majoritaires dédiés au secteur pharmaceutique, signale avoir reçu plusieurs notifications de transparence de la part d'Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC.
Selon ces notifications, Atlas détenait au 2 octobre 2025, 1 365 840 actions sur 50 377 523, franchissant ainsi le seuil de 3% à la baisse. En revanche, le 6 octobre 2025, la société avait acquis 6 609 493 actions sur 56 367 609, dépassant le seuil de 10%. Le 9 octobre 2025, après une vente, Atlas possédait 5 583 162 actions, repassant sous le seuil de 10%.
Ce communiqué clarifie les précédentes annonces datées du 16 octobre 2025.
