Oxurion capital increase following a bond conversion
Oxurion, a company listed on Euronext Brussels, announced the conversion of seven convertible bonds by Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC, resulting in a capital increase of €175,000. This conversion is part of a €20 million capital commitment by Atlas to develop innovative medicines to preserve vision in older adults, targeting a potential market valued at between US$3 billion and US$6 billion.
Following this transaction, the total number of Oxurion ordinary shares issued increased from 18,008,830 to 25,821,963. This figure is now used as the denominator for calculating the shareholding percentages. The company's total capital amounts to EUR 86,156,161.32.
Oxurion continues to receive support from Atlas, strengthening its ability to pursue its development objectives while adjusting its financial strategies to maximize its market value.
