Oxurion annonce une notification de transparence d'Atlas Special Opportunities II
Le 28 octobre 2026, Oxurion NV, société basée à Louvain (Belgique), a annoncé avoir reçu une notification de transparence conformément à la législation belge. Cette notification, reçue le 27 octobre 2026 d'Atlas Special Opportunities II, indiquait qu'au 22 octobre 2026, Atlas détenait 41 497 561 actions Oxurion, soit moins de 20 % du total des 232 004 731 actions en circulation. Ceci représente une réduction des droits de vote d'Atlas dans Oxurion.
Oxurion, cotée sur Euronext Bruxelles sous le symbole OXUR, se spécialise dans l'intégration de la recherche clinique à l'innovation logicielle.
