Oxurion annonce les notifications de transparence d'Atlas
Le 14 juillet 2025, Oxurion NV, société biopharmaceutique basée à Louvain, en Belgique, a annoncé par communiqué de presse avoir reçu des notifications de transparence en vertu du droit belge. Atlas Special Opportunities II, LLC a informé Oxurion de deux changements importants dans son actionnariat.
La première notification, datée du 9 juillet 2025, indiquait qu'Atlas détenait 3 931 718 actions au 3 juillet 2025, dépassant ainsi le seuil de 30 % du total des titres avec droit de vote. À l'inverse, une notification ultérieure indiquait qu'Atlas avait réduit sa participation à 3 524 934 actions au 8 juillet 2025, repassant ainsi sous le seuil de 30 %.
