Capital Increase for Oxurion Following the Conversion of Bonds
Oxurion, based in Leuven, Belgium, announced a capital increase of EUR 100,000 following the conversion of four convertible bonds by Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC. This conversion is part of a EUR 20 million capital commitment by Atlas. Following this transaction, Oxurion issued 5,990,086 new ordinary shares, increasing the total to 56,367,609 voting shares.
This capital increase is part of the framework set out in Article 15 of the Law of 2 May 2007. Oxurion specifies that this issue of new shares will influence the calculation of the percentages of participation in the capital. In parallel, Oxurion still holds 346 convertible bonds issued between March 2023 and September 2025, offering subscription rights for future ordinary shares.
