OSMOSUN publishes its 2024 annual report
On June 2, 2025, OSMOSUN released its Board of Directors' report for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. The report, which will be presented to shareholders on June 30, 2025, includes the annual financial statements and an appendix detailing uncertainties regarding the company's going concern. The latter depends on the proposed merger with the UNIBIOS group. If this merger fails, the company's going concern could be compromised.
OSMOSUN expects to have cash flow until July 2025 without this merger. The June 30 meeting will be accompanied by new resolutions, with an official notice of meeting published on June 13, 2025.
