OSMOSUN and Unibios conclude capital increases

OSMOSUN announced the completion of its capital increases as part of its strategic merger with Athens-listed Unibios Holdings SA. Two increases were completed: one for 2,236,111 new shares benefiting Unibios, and one for 541,665 shares benefiting UI Investissement, OKwind Group, and Marc Vergnet. These shares are now included and traded on Euronext Growth Paris.

At the same time, OSMOSUN also carried out a capital increase through a contribution in kind, allocating 9,195,062 new shares to Unibios in exchange for ownership of nearly 30% of Watera International SA, a subsidiary of Unibios. This transaction gives Unibios 65% of OSMOSUN's capital, changing the distribution of voting rights.
