OSE Immunotherapeutics Reveals Promising Phase 2 Results with Tedopi® for Lung Cancer
OSE Immunotherapeutics has announced encouraging topline results from the Combi-TED Phase 2 trial evaluating Tedopi® in metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). The study analyzed Tedopi® in combination with chemotherapy or the anti-PD1 inhibitor nivolumab as a second-line treatment option.
Lead Investigator Federico Cappuzzo reported that the 1-year Overall Survival rate significantly improved with Tedopi® combinations compared to the current standard docetaxel. The trial, involving 106 patients across multiple European locations, demonstrated up to a doubling in survival rates. No unexpected safety issues were recorded.
The full findings will be presented at the ESMO 2026 Annual Meeting in Madrid. OSE will additionally host a webcast to discuss implications for future NSCLC treatment strategies. A Phase 3 study, ARTEMIA, is underway to further compare Tedopi® with docetaxel.
