OSCP Secures Series A Financing to Advance Photonic IMUs

On October 1, 2026, OSCP Motion Sensing Inc. announced the closure of its Series A financing round, led by New Science Ventures. The funding aims to boost the production of OSCP's photonic inertial measurement units (IMUs) in Montréal as global demand rises for reliable navigation systems that function without GNSS.

OSCP's IMUs are crucial for platforms operating in environments where GNSS may be disrupted. The fresh funds will aid in enhancing production capabilities, expanding engineering and sales teams, and introducing advanced photonic inertial sensors.

Somu Subramaniam from New Science Ventures joins OSCP's board. The capital will support the release of NavigationGate, a new system designed for maintaining positional accuracy amid satellite signal loss.
