OSE Immunotherapeutics Secures Flexible Bridge Equity Financing

OSE Immunotherapeutics has announced a new bridge equity financing agreement with IRIS Capital Investment, known as SmartATM®, marking the initial phase of its broader financial strategy. This funding initiative aims to engage institutional investors across the US and Europe. If fully utilized, the financing could raise approximately €19.3 million over 24 months, extending the company's cash runway to the end of 2026.

Under the terms, IRIS will subscribe up to 4,000,000 new shares, equivalent to 17% of OSE's current share capital, at a 5% discount. This flexible structure allows OSE to control the financing, adapting it to market conditions without incurring costs.

The funds are intended to support OSE's three-year strategic plan focused on advancing clinical trials and developing therapeutics for chronic pouchitis and ulcerative colitis. Despite the financial confidence, the company acknowledges potential risks, including market volatility affecting share prices and shareholder dilution.
