Orogen Royalties Reveals 2026 AGM Voting Outcomes
Orogen Royalties Inc., a company active in royalty creation, disclosed the results of their Annual General Meeting on August 13, 2026. Proxies representing 31.60% of shares were voted. The shareholders agreed on all presented resolutions. Notably, the appointment of auditors saw a 99.93% approval rate.
The reelection of directors also received strong support: Justin Quigley and Roland Butler both enjoyed 99.88% favorable votes. Samantha Shorter and Chad Wells were re-elected with significant approval ratings as well.
