Ordissimo SA: Capital increase for a strategic transformation
On May 19, 2025, Ordissimo SA announced a capital increase of €1.41 million, with preferential subscription rights (DPS). The issuance of 2,468,790 new shares aims to finance the company's strategic transformation from a senior technology specialist to a multi-activity group.
The subscription process runs from May 23 to June 26, 2025, with a unit price set at €0.57. Ordissimo plans to structure its business around four main areas: simplified technology, product distribution, financial services, and IT services.
Essential to this transformation, a first acquisition in the IT sector is planned for this summer, subject to securing the necessary financing. The company has committed to financing its growth through non-dilutive bank loans and bonds.
