Ordinary General Meeting of Warehouse Estates Belgium SA: Resolutions Adopted
The Annual General Meeting of Warehouse Estates Belgium SA was held on April 28, 2026. The 2025 financial statements were approved, with a gross dividend of €3.35 per share and a yield of 8.92%. Payment is scheduled for May 7, 2026. A transfer of €3,399,582 to reserves was approved.
The 2025 remuneration report was also approved. Discharges were granted to the Sole Director and the Auditor for their 2025 term. Deloitte was appointed Auditor for three years with a fee of €73,000 per year. The Sole Director's fee is set at €475,000 for 2026. Two directors were authorized to execute the decisions.
