Orange Successfully Completes €4.1 Billion Bond Issuance

Orange, the global telecommunications operator, has completed a significant bond issuance totaling €4.1 billion. The issuance was divided into four tranches, each with different maturities and interest rates. The terms range from September 2029 to September 2038, with fixed-rate coupons of 3.625% to 4.5%.

This move reflects strong market confidence in Orange’s strategic plan, "Trust the future," highlighted by the impressive €16 billion order book. The proceeds from this issuance will support Orange’s general corporate purposes.

HSBC and Société Générale were the Global Coordinators for this issuance, while Citi, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, ING, J.P. Morgan, La Banque Postale, Mizuho, Natixis, and Société Générale served as Bookrunners. This solidifies Orange's standing in the financial markets, aligning with its expansion and development goals.
