Orange Reveals the Number of Shares and Voting Rights as of January 31, 2026

On February 10, 2026, Orange published information regarding the total number of shares and voting rights of the company. In accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), this disclosure was expected.
