Orange Reports Share and Voting Rights Data as of April 2026

Orange SA has disclosed its share and voting rights data for April 30, 2026. The information is pursuant to Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers' General Regulations. As of April, the company records 2,660,056,599 shares in total.

Under French law, from April 2016, a double voting right applies to shares held in registered form for over two years. The number of treasury shares without voting rights has decreased to 773,640 for April from a previous 1,756,848 in March.
