Orange concludes a bond issue of 4.1 billion euros
Orange has issued €4.1 billion in euro-denominated bonds, divided into four tranches maturing between 2029 and 2038. The first tranche, worth €1.25 billion, matures in 2029 with a coupon rate of 3.625%. The final tranche, worth €0.75 billion, matures in 2038 with a coupon rate of 4.5%.
This financial exercise attracted an order book of €16 billion, illustrating market confidence in the company's "Trust the Future" strategic plan. The funds raised will be allocated to Orange's general corporate needs. Banks involved include HSBC and Société Générale, among others.
