Orange Acknowledges Altice's Rejection of Joint Offer

Orange has acknowledged the decision by Group Altice to reject a joint non-binding offer. This offer was presented alongside Bouygues Telecom and Free-Group iliad. Submitted yesterday, the proposal did not receive the approval anticipated by the collaborating companies.

Despite this setback, Orange continues its operations as a leading telecommunications operator. The company reported revenues of 40.3 billion euros in 2024 and employed 124,600 staff worldwide as of mid-2025. Orange serves a vast customer base of 300 million globally, with significant operations in mobile and fixed broadband services.
