Stock price chart of ORANGE (EPA:ORA) showing fluctuations.

On February 13, 2026, Orange announced that BlackRock, Inc., an American asset management company, had reduced its stake in the French group. In a letter received on February 12, BlackRock indicated that it had crossed below the 5% threshold of voting rights in Orange on February 11 of the same year.

This reduction follows a sale of shares on the market. BlackRock now holds 153,047,908 Orange shares, representing 5.75% of the share capital and 4.81% of the voting rights of the company. Despite this reduction, the firm continues to manage these shares on behalf of its clients and the funds under its responsibility.

This change underscores BlackRock's active management of its portfolio companies in response to market dynamics. Orange remains listed on Euronext Paris, with a share capital of over 2.6 billion shares.
