BlackRock exceeds 5% of voting rights at ORANGE
On February 10, 2026, BlackRock, Inc., based in New York, crossed the 5% threshold of voting rights in Orange. BlackRock now holds 166,274,768 Orange shares, representing 6.25% of the share capital and 5.23% of the voting rights. This increase resulted from share acquisitions made both on and off the market.
These shares include various financial instruments, including ADRs and contracts for difference. The associated voting rights are exercised by BlackRock's investment manager, unless clients request otherwise. Currently, Orange has a share capital of 2,660,056,599 shares, representing 3,180,394,670 voting rights.
