Orange and its partners extend the exclusivity for the offer on Altice France
Orange, Bouygues Telecom, and Free, members of a consortium, recently made a new offer for Altice France's assets. This offer represents a total value of €20.35 billion. Initially, Altice France had set an exclusivity period with the consortium ending on May 15, 2026. This period has been extended until June 5, 2026, to allow for continued discussions. However, there is no certainty that an agreement will be reached. This situation remains under close scrutiny by regulators and market participants.
