OpenChip becomes a shareholder of Kalray
On July 31, 2026, Kalray, a data processing company, announced that OpenChip Software & Technologies had become a shareholder. OpenChip exercised all of its warrants, resulting in the issuance of 2,881,577 new Kalray shares. This event follows a strategic agreement signed in May 2025.
On a diluted basis, this issue represents approximately 15% of Kalray's share capital as of June 30, 2026. The collaboration between Kalray and OpenChip underlines their strategic partnership, aimed at strengthening their presence in the data-intensive processing sector through AI and other advanced technologies.
