Valerio Therapeutics and Abivax join forces for innovative therapies

Valerio Therapeutics and Abivax have entered into a preliminary agreement for a global collaboration on the research and development of new therapies. Valerio will receive an upfront payment of up to €2.4 million. The agreement also includes milestone payments and royalties, subject to final signing.

The two companies will combine their expertise to develop therapeutic candidates for immune-mediated inflammatory diseases. This alliance leverages Valerio's technologies and Abivax's expertise. Valerio is also updating its portfolio with RNA-based programs, aiming for at least one initial clinical trial within two years.
